Asslamualaikum and hi everyone !👋 I hope that you guys in safe and in a good health. During pandemic covid-19 that having a high cases, everyone stay safe at home and please don't go anywhere if yo did not have a important things to do. Im just hope it that during this pandemic everyone must take care your self, take care what you eat and don't forget to workout even at home ! 🙆 I want to suggest the best application that useful for everyone that love to take care of your body and your meal. The apps that I talk is MY FITNESS PAL.
This is the apps that I suggest. Im already use this apps and it is good for us to check how much calories that you take in one day. This apps also can track nutrients and provide exercise.My fitness pal is about a straight forward, simple diet and fitness tracking website and app perfect for person who want basic features,without a lot of bells and whistles. This apps is available to Android, IOS and Microsoft device.
I suggest this apps because it is suitable for people who want to diet. This is because you can fill in the box that what you eat and this apps will come out the total calories have in that food. It also provide a goals weight that you want to target in that particular year such as just enter the report and state the weight target that you want to achieve.
If you want to exercise, this apps also provide an exercise that suitable for you to workout at home. You can do the workout that shown in the apps. It is very good and you will feel so interesting when you use this apps. You will not getting bored and stress if you have this apps. You will get the weight that you want if you have this apps. It will cut your cost from taking online coach that you need to pay.
